Cocoaholic are required to read through and will be assume to have accepted to all Policies, Terms & Conditions.

Particular will be kept private and confidential. Orders are based on first come first serve basis due to limited stock.

NO REFUND, CANCELLATION or EXCHANGE once the payment is made unless stated otherwise.

Membership

Becoming a member will allow you to enjoy more exclusive privileges. This is to reward frequent and loyal Cocoaholic.

Privileges

1) 5% off on normal occasions,
2) 10% off during B'day month,
3) all promotional and sales products are entitled to the above discount as well,
4) loyal cocoaholic who has been member for 2 straight years will get to choose one gift out of the selected products online for free,
5) with spending of a total of $300 within a day, member will received a mystery gift,
6) the meetup cost will be absorbed by Cocoa.

*We reserve the rights to:
- make any ammendment without any prior notice.
- terminate any member without any prior notice.
- terminate the member scheme at any point of time.

Payment Policy

1. Pls make payment within 3days upon recieving our email receipt.

2. We reserve the right to cancel the order without prior notice if payment is not received within 3days.

3. We reserve the right to revise the price without any prior notice.

However, Cocoaholic who have already purchased orders before price revision will have the products with the previous price.

4. Bank transfer and online transfer only.

5. Upon transfering the payment, email us the transaction reference number, amount transfered & date for tracking purposes.

6. Cocoa Product will be mail upon payment received.

7. All items are subjected a $1.00 & onward postage per item for normal mailing (variable) and an additional $2.24 for buyers who opted for registed mail.

8. All Cocoa Products are nett-price unless stated otherwise.

Delivery Policy

Order will be delivered within 3 working days once payment is received & confirmed(excluding weekdays & public holidays).

All products will be inspected before packed & delivered through Singpost.
- Local normal mail postage, $1.00 onward.(variable)
- Local register mail, addition $2.24.

Note: For local normal mail, Mr. postman will try to "squeeze" your product into the letterbox. If the product is too big, Mr. postman will delivered to your doorstep. You may need to collect the product from the nearest Post Office if nobody is at home.

Advise: Have your order send via registered mail to prevent loss of products through normal mail postage.

We will not bear any responsibilities for the loss of goods when choosing normal mail postage nor damages done caused by delivery.

For more than 3 products purchased or above $100, meet up is applicable. This only apply to member without minimum purchase.

Product Exchange & Refund

For Product Exchange:

Strictly no exchange for the products purchased. However, clothing maybe allowed to be exchanged under special circumstance.

Email us the product you purchased and the product you want to exchange for, stating *Product Code/Size/Colour/*Price/*Transaction Reference No.(*REQUIRED Fields) and the reason for exchange.

Email will be send to confirm your exchange.

We reserve the right to agree/disagree the exchange of the product,
Product must not be used/washed and still in orginal packaging.

Product can be exchanged to a different size subject to availability. Otherwise, cocoaholic can exchange to other product. If the product to be exchanged is of a higher price, Cocoaholic will have to top up the addition. If the product to be exchanged is of a lower price, there will be no refund.

A One-Time Exchange is to be made within 7days (courting day 1 when the product is posted)/ within 3days (starting from the day when meetup).

Pls take note that Cocoaholic will bear the extra delivery charges(in both sending & returning of product) incurred during the exchange. E.g. A total of $2.50 will be imposed on Cocoaholic if it's a meetup (except Cocoaholic member). we regret that no cash refund is allowed.

Bag, Earring and belt are non-exchangeable.

Refund:

Good sold is non-refundable. Kindly refer to the above exchange policy and email us asap if needed an exchange. Cocoa will not be liable for any lost or damaged mail nor entertained any defects caused by post.

Most of the products are self-designed.

How to make purchases?

Click "Buy Now" or Cocoa Cart to confirm the purchase and fill up your particular. You will receive an auto-generated email receipt.

Pls take note that the colour of the products may have slight differences due to different monitor's resolution and the lighting conditions while the photo were taken.

We will not bear any responsibilities for any wear and tear incurred on the product due to their course of daily usage. Actual products might not be 100% identical to the photos. We made efforts to display colours and provide the measurement size as accurate as possible. There is no guarantee that the measurement provided will be fitting to the exact.
